Some residents near Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster are concerned about the proximity of a group of neighbors who are raising national security questions. The U.S. Congress is working to pass a federal budget that includes an effort by west-central Missouri Congressman Mark Alford to protect U.S. military bases, including Whiteman.  He joins Alisa Nelson to explain more about his bill.
