This site is owned and operated by AmberWave Communications, LLC (AmberWave). Unless specifically permitted by AmberWave or as part of the permissions granted to use marketing collateral as an authorized RadioP1 Partner, the materials may not be used, modified, reproduced or disclosed to others. AmberWave does not warrant the correctness or accuracy of the content contained herein.

Like all Web services, the RadioP1 services may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to required maintenance, telecommunications interruptions, or other disruptions. Although AmberWave makes every reasonable effort to minimize such downtime, AmberWave does not guarantee 100% availability of these services. AmberWave will not be liable for any damages due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, war, natural disaster, accident, riots, acts of government, shortage of materials or supplies, failure of any transportation or communication system, non-performance of any third party agents or providers (including, without limitation, the failure or performance of common carriers, interchanged carriers, local exchange carriers, internet service providers, suppliers, subcontractors) or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

The liability of AmberWave to the Subscriber, Advertiser, Broadcaster or any user for any reason shall be limited to applicable fees paid related to the occurrence during the last 30 days of service as detailed in the RadioP1 Broadcaster’s Agreement . Under no circumstances will AmberWave be liable for the contents or value of the Subscriber's lost or damaged data.

Subscriber, Advertiser, Broadcaster and/or user warrants that it is the owner or legal custodian of the data transmitted to AmberWave via the MyInfoCentral and RadioP1 services and that it has full authority to transmit said data. Reporting and payment of any/all fees for the transmission of non-owned copyrighted content is the sole responsibility of the Subscriber, Advertiser, Broadcaster or user as described in the RadioP1 Broadcaster’s Agreement.
